Personality
Unlike his younger years, war and downtrodden times on his family's title have forged Alastor into a man who takes action.
The Boy
Son to Charles Arnaude de Lionnes, Alastor's only sibling is Angela Abigale Smarth who is his elder sister. However, Alastor was placed in the care of Sir Siegmund Duncan at the age of six, as he was given by his father to become a Squire to the renowned Knight. As such, Alastor thinks of Sir Duncan like one might a father.
Alastor went on to save a child from an Orc raid and serve the new Grand Master of the Vanguard - Gavriel Bayard - until Leonidas Brovell utterly shamed the order in Vergoth's very office. Alastor dismissed himself, never earning knighthood.
The Man
The De Lionnes line was in shambles with no figure head and its lands stolen. With Eian Smarth long missing, Alastor took up his part in the Taronus Trading Company. Spending two years in business, he saved up enough money to hire mercenaries to drive the riff raff from his family's ancestral home in the westlands - Larius.
Settling down, Alastor married Giana Bayard, sister of King Gavriel Bayard first of his name and had a daughter, Madeline De Lionnes.
