Background

How Horus came across it:
While traveling from town to town on his usaul trading business, Horus decided to stop by Kenderville to visit. After walking around for quite some time, he came upon a pair of charming white boots sitting in a pile of mud in an alley. Amazingly, the boots looked as if they were new, as he picked it up he was surprised to see that the wet mud seem to have just slipped right off! Right away he knew this was a special boot. Though even after consulting local mages and scholars, its origins remain unknown.
