IC Documents are documents both created and/or meant to be read in-character. One can, of course, read it out of character, but it's a useful tool to spread information online.

All IC documents require a brief explaination of the document from an OOC perspective, and an explaination of it's availibility. This is so that people RPing can incorporate the document into their character's story.

Please also use the complete name of the document as the title of the article. This way article titles will be univocal, reducing the need for disambiguation pages.
