Celdin Seanchanni Peace Treaty

This document is to decree that the Elves will have relative freedoms described below if the following criteria are met:

1)
The Elves will always take up arms with Celdin against any foe.
2)
The Elves may only purchase weapons from Celdin. It is understood that they are crafters of wood, so every month they are to take up an inventory. For every arrow crafted, a three copper tax is to be paid. For every bow, a fifteen copper tax.
3)
The Elves are to never conspire against High Ordinator Vergoth, High Ordinator Ahdrid Sydel-Dragonis, First Citizen Eian Smarth, King Charles Arnaude de Lionnes, or Celdin itself. This document is also not limited to the members of Celdin mentioned.
4)
Xander Musaki is to never hold a position of power in either Celdin or Seanchanni's government or church.
5)
All members of the rebellion and their roles imposed in it are to be revealed completely.

The freedoms given below will be allowed as long as the above criteria are followed absolutely.

1)
Ability to possess weaponry and armor.
2)
Ability to leave and travel as one pleases.
3)
Ability to craft weapons of wood as long as taxes are paid.
4)
Recognition as a governmental power of Celdin pertaining to ballot votes.
5)
Ability to hold a church
6)
Relatively self governing in terms of the work force and self-imposed taxes.
