Cirinde is a faithful follower of Lo, having dedicated her life and works to the Goddess of Nature and Love. The second most important thing in her life is her family. She throws all aside if one of her own is threatened. The disappearance of her eldest, Venedict, threw her into a spiral of depression and desperation that drove her to spend many months on the road, searching for him. In her want to save her son, she even confronted the Skull King, which proved fruitless, but gave her an idea of where Venedict might have wandered.
She loves without thought to race, creed or origins.
Coming on the heels of her benevolent and tolerant nature, Cirinde possesses a short temper, that when provoked, she can rage and fume at the target of her anger for hours.

Abilities
As with most persons of divine calling, Cirinde can sense if a stranger is undead or living. She has also been granted the gift of empathy, depending upon how strong her faith is at any given moment.
Fighting Skills
Having wandered for many years, Cirinde has picked up on a few simple defensive moves. When cornered, as demonstrated by her brief stint as a rogue, she can resort to an array of sneaky moves.
Spells (working on getting them approved)
Background
Cirinde was born in the shades of the Ascan Forest. Her mother was a minor priestess of Ulren, serving in a small grove that was located outside the protection of the main kingdom. It is unknown who her birth father was, but she knew two things. He was a high elf and that her mother never spoke of him. The origins of her birth were, unfortunately, known to many. Cirinde grew up without many friends, scorned and judged for her impure blood. If it weren't for her mother's influence, she would be a very embittered adult. As it was, the daughter of a priestess became a priestess herself, though she followed Lo.
In the Beginning
At the still tender age of 29, Cirinde left the tutelage of her mother and set out to find her own place in the world. Guarded only by the resolve in her heart to do good, the young priestess was extraordinarly lucky and arrived in the port of Lucca. Here, she had a choice to leave the continent of her birth for the first time, but Cirinde was not yet interested in faraway lands. She moved herself to a small farming community and after a few weeks, was established under the wing of the local church.
The world stayed at bay for three harvesting seasons, allowing Cirinde to become attached to the people within the area. But the wave of war did not stay away forever.
The Dark Hand of War
On a cold winter's night, a mob of Abyssal demons swept through the village and murdered the majority of the villagers. Cirinde awoke to the screams of her flock. She was hurried out of bed by the preacher that served as her elder. The man's face was etched with fear but also with a determination to save as many as he could. The priestess was escorted past demons gnawing on the bones of children, the remains of the village's harvest scattered to the winds. The innocence and childlike faith of the youth was stripped away from Cirinde's soul, leaving in its place an agony so deep that she feared the loss of her soul more than the terror of the demons.
Just when all seemed lost, a band of knights rode into the village proper and lashed out against the demons who dared slaughter innocents. The priest led Cirinde out of the village and pushed a handful of coins into her palm, saying, "Go as far away as these coins take you, my child. Don't look back. And don't lose faith for good will prevail in the end.." Cirinde burned these words to her heart and fled in her nightdress back to Lucca. But she still would not step foot upon a ship. Instead, she fled home to the home of her mother. This was the decision that would effect the next few decades of her life.
