The very heart of the Kender Town Hall in Whatsumburg, Hylund. It is where the Kender attempt to sort out all the extra 'junk' into catagorizations, and return them to the peoples they once came from. However, due to bordem only half of the catagorizing was done, and thus alot of the items still hang around with alot of unnesscary paperwork all scattered about the Town Hall.
