Personality and Apperance

Devios is a cruel man to everyone but the people who he trusts or who he orders. Most of the people in the syndicate are children of the parents he killed. His goal in life is to make the Trios an infamous group. As a person he is very nonchalant and very polite until he does his evil acts.

The picture above mostly represents him. The sleeves at the shoulder are removable. Everything on his body is leather with the exception of his jacket, which is made of a somewhat heavier, and more durable leather. Inside the jacket are 2 knives on each side. His sabre is only used for show but his main weapons are two katars on his hands. The only difference with the katars are that on the top of it is a small buckler (on each).
