Personality
A very religious fellow, fazeem seems to stray away from any unneeded conflict. His actions very precise and almost never unplanned tends to show a very strict upbringing. However when unleashed into battle one might notice a completely different individual, almost mad when it comes to the quick ripping tears of his bird talon shaped weapon.
Equipment
Among fazeems belongings many gold and silver rings adorn his fingers, possibly used in prayer but one might notice that some of these are either handmade by fazeem himself or extremely cheap.
An array of golden "Dots" if you will up each of fazeems arms seems to have either been hooked into his flesh and healed or otherwise poured on in a molten state, both methods extremely painful this also seems to be a form of respect to the dieties he worships.
The Talons of UR: 
As it looks, these wicked weapons are gripped with the fore finger inside the loop which allows better grip when the weapon is used for what its design calls for, disemboweling.
A light hand-me-down chain shirt: Nothing is seemingly remarkable about this just a chain shirt worn under his casual clothing.
Abilities
Blade catch: Through extensive training with the nice folks in Sanctum, Fazeem over time learned to use the extreme curve in his talon weapon to catch blades. Obviously there are limits, one cannot catch when the person is using a blade that is obviously too large for the hooks to get around and one cannot block a full on strike using such weapons.. Unless of course they are made of some different material which has yet to be found.
Sneak: A select ability of those in Sanctum or any sort of rogue type. Is the ability to sneak around. However due to the "Gear" Fazeem is lacking in (more or less -foot- armor) his slipper like shoes tend to give off little extra noise. He has become quite skilled at this.
Outlanders charm:
Due to his different culture, he seems to be extremely polite at all times. This helps with the ladies among the other important figures.. but mostly ladies.
Background
As most children grow up in the desert sun they learn shirts and pants are a.. well unneeded necessity. Running around the tents of his roaming bazzar he quickly learned that sneaking around was the best way to win childhood games. Which of course, he showed much promise in. This only seemed to sky rocket as he grew older, which seemed to catch the eye of a few wandering Sanctum members. At age nineteen he began the slow and painful process of honing his skills as an all around rogue, specializing in obvious infultration. During his many free nights he spent most of his time attempting to sneak around the..well Sanctum. It would seem he was getting around unseen but the guards were well aware of him being there and in such nearly doubled his training loads saying "If we can see you, they can surely spot you" This mantra would be heard escaping Fazeems lips even to this day as he follows the will of both his gods and the sanctum.
