Description
Leynir is a nation built in the northwestern desert of Kharlia. Due to its rather unfavorable location only a few have reason to travel there other than to get away from the grind of Kharlia, or whatever their reasons may be. All manner of characters, both honest and dishonest from all walks of life, fill the streets of Lahabrea, Leynir's only major city. Mages and other magic types seem to favor Leynir due to it's fairly loose laws concerning magic. As a result many magic users can be found in Lahabrea or the various outlying establishments beyond the city. Leynir's policing force consists of guards and soldiers of which are almost always armed with enchanted weapons or trained in magic itself in response to this influx of magic types. As previously mentioned, serveral Leynir establishments both big and small dot the desert acting as posts for traders or rest stops for any traveler looking to find their way to Lahabrea.
Leynir is a project that River, Dylan, and Shotzo like to talk about. The idea has been floating around for a short while now. This article is only here to ensure the thing doesn't fade away. You know, just a friendly little reminder. It's coming along .. slowly.
