Olcas Ruta Charter

On this day in the royal court of Warholm the below is the official formation and land grant for the Imperial Colony of Olcas Ruta.

WITH the fall of the Viith-Sos occupation and the reformation of mana,

and

WITH the ransacking of Cahfei's tower of all of its goods INCLUDING various books on necromancy,

and

WITH the legalization of necromancy in the Warholm Royal Courts,

and

WITH the need to organize a Magus Defense Force within the great kingdom of Warholm,

The Royal court of the Empire of Warholm grants unlimited use of the unclaimed territory for the Spider Forest of Kharlia for the purposes of erecting a tower for all mages of Warholm to form a single community. The soil that is held underneath the tower, port, and any other Olcas Ruta structure and the land within 10 kilometers around such structures will be deemed as property of his royal majesty of the Empire of Warholm. Land claims are allowed into the unclaimed forest, Land claims on land occupied by the city of Ganelon is forbidden.

Gideon Altaire of Selnic is granted the complete control of all Olcas Ruta land under the authorization and approval of the Emperorer of Warholm. Gideon Altaire is granted the new title of Lord, unlimited control of land on the landmass of Northern Kharlia, and leadership of the Olcas Ruta faction.

A regiment of the Imperial Warholm Military Forces of 500 shall be reassigned to the defense of Olcas Ruta under the leadership of Gideon Altaire. Along with a constant military presence the treasury of Warholm will send an alloted ammount, from the national budget, of gold to the organization for research and expansion purposes. Resources will be provided to Olcas Ruta free of charge.

At any time the Emperor of Warholm may terminate this charter. With the signing of this bill the Warholm claim of land in the Spider Forest will be official and should any nation dispute the Olcas Ruta's claim of land war will be made with such disputer.
