What is it?
The Reunification Act is a constitutional act in which Thuulstrea agrees to abolish any and all Houses within their territory to reunify their nation under one banner.
Reunification Act
The Reunification Act of Thuulstrea was declared on Setengarsday the 15th of Dewfall, Year 56 by the council of Thuulstrea, it's ruling family, and the House Leaders. The document explains in high detail how unnecessary and dangerous it is to allow Houses the freedom that they have. It states how the House War devastated the city, and how keeping them would only repeat the past. After the document explains this it goes on to say how and why the city is in need of change in accordance to their populace. It also explains how the old Kharlian Drow ways are becoming obsolete as they near extinction. Those Houses that refused to adhere to these new laws were given one week to leave Thuulstrea and never return. If they had not left by then they would be utterly destroyed. This part of the document that states such harsh words is to show those that read it that change is the new way, and that those that would stand in it's way would fall. It is also written that all Houses will hand over all their military property and personnel to Thuulstrea's government and that, should anyone try to oppose these new laws and try to incite rebellion, they are to be tried and, if found guilty, executed.
