Appearance: Standing just below six feet in height, Seiseru has fair skin and dark eyes. His hair, black in color, is kept long and grows down to his shoulders. Starting from above his left eye, and ending to the right of his nose, Seiseru bears a scar from his childhood, and tends to wear the traditional gi with the crest of the Kamenoko family on his back.
Background: When Seiseru was five years old, the Shinkeisen was still being waged. His father, the Emperor Mirahoya, was killed by his closest advisor and then Seiseru was targeted by an assassin who was hired by the advisor. The assassin failed and the advisor was killed after an investigation was held. So at the age of 10, Seiseru was crowned prince of Suiriku until he became of age to completely rule the people of Suiriku. Since being crowned, Seiseru's mother has put him through martial arts training, something his father wanted to teach him personally but never got the chance due to the War and his untimely death.
Chakra: Heart; Green Aura.
Fighting Style: Devoted Spirit.
Personality: Because of his sheltered upbringing, Seiseru is soft spoken and hates the idea of fighting unless it is direly necessary. He is naive and tends to be trusting all too often, but it makes for a very loyal friend. Seiseru is prompt and will give you the shirt on his back should you need it.
