This document was promulgated shortly after the ascendency of Cologne von Rothschild. It reaffirmed Alkaria's isolationist and defensive policy. It's an uncommon document, as it was only published for government officials, and posted on the outside of the Knesset. It also has value as memrobellia, as every one of the documents was personally signed by the President himself, and was written in the distinctive 'High Alkarian Federation' script.

The Rothschild Doctrine

With the power given to me by the people of the Federated Dominions Alkaria, the Alkarian Knesset, and other judicial/political/military branches of the Alkarian administration, I hereby declare that any deliberate attempt to colonize the continent of Alkaria will be interpreted by us-- the Alkarians-- as an act not only of only hostility, but as an act of war. Alkaria will not hesitate to make use of military force to systematically remove or annex these colonies. Alkaria will use any force nessicary to defend and maintain this continent.

I hereby also declare that Alkaria will be relativally isolationast. This means, Alkaria will be less likely to involve ourselves in international affairs. Our primary foreign interest is the establishment and expansion of Alkarian businesses. Alkaria wants little or nothing to do with the affairs of other nations. If provoked, however, Alkaria will not hesitate to take the appropriot action-- whether its economic sanctions, a small military incursion, or an all-out war.
