Having been a second to Meridiallas for many years, Thuulsander, a blue and black dragon, too was granted immense power during The Flood having a quarter of the worlds magic spilled into it. Now the connection to the gods was severed, and Meridiallas and Thuulsander where the greatest, strongest, and largest beings in the world. They set their sights to conquer Kharlia and started the Viith-Sos War. It was also there that Thuulsander died due to Kharlian heroes who recalled another dragon, and when he died he poisoned the lands of Selnic for six years.
